The event marked a significant milestone as it is being regarded as the first symposium of its kind organized by any law school in India in this specialized domain.The symposium was conducted in collaboration with two of India\u2019s premier law firms, Luthra &amp; Luthra Law Offices and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, bringing together leading practitioners, academicians, and students on a common platform to deliberate on contemporary issues in securities law and capital markets.<\/p>\n<p>The event was graced by the presence of the Vice-Chancellor, S. Surya Prakash, who highlighted the growing importance of financial regulation in India\u2019s evolving economic landscape.The sessions witnessed insightful deliberations under the guidance of eminent legal professionals and experts, including Rueben Chako, Abhinav Kumar, Ravi Dubey, Saswat Mohanty, Pradeep Samal, Ankesh Kumar, Shubham Jain, Vikas Gupta, Amit Pratap Singh, and Tulika.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-58620\" src=\"https:\/\/marutiwani.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/nlui1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/marutiwani.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/nlui1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/marutiwani.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/nlui1-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/marutiwani.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/nlui1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/marutiwani.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/nlui1.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, the Chairperson of the Centre, Krati Rajoria, emphasized the need for greater academic engagement in the field of securities law.
