Patna, 25 April 2026: Paytm said the regulatory action on Paytm Payments Bank Ltd (PPBL) has no financial, business and operational impact on the company, with all its services working without any interruptions.<\/p>\n

Paytm app and all its services including Paytm UPI, Paytm Gold, all other services offered by its subsidiaries and associated companies including Paytm QR, Paytm Soundbox, Paytm Card Machines, Paytm Payment Gateway and all other offerings continue to work as usual.<\/p>\n

The payments company added that it does not have any material business arrangements or exposure with Paytm Payments Bank, and none of its services are linked to it.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs informed earlier, Paytm and its services, which have been operating without interruption, will continue to operate uninterrupted. These include the Paytm app, Paytm UPI, Paytm Gold and all other services offered by its subsidiaries and associated companies such as Paytm QR, Paytm Soundbox, Paytm Card Machines, Paytm Travel Paytm Payment Gateway and Paytm Money among others,\u201d said Paytm.<\/p>\n

In a regulatory filing, Paytm said Paytm Payments Bank operates independently, with no board or management involvement from Paytm. It had already written off its investment in Paytm Payments Bank back on March 31, 2024, citing no financial impact.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
