Indore, 25 September 2026: The Indore Software Association (ISA) is organising ISA Marathon 1.0 on Sunday, 27 September 2026, at 6:30 AM, starting from Basketball Complex, Indore. The event will feature 3 km and 5 km runs, with over 2,000 participants expected from Indore\u2019s IT industry and the wider community.<\/p>\n

ISA Marathon 1.0 is receiving the support and encouragement of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Indore Mayor Shri Pushyamitra Bhargava, Indore Police Commissioner Shri Santosh Kumar Singh, and Indore Collector Shri Shivam Verma (IAS).<\/p>\n

The marathon will promote fitness, environmental responsibility, drug prevention and cyber safety. A key highlight will be digital run tracking without requiring participants to wear a wearable band.<\/p>\n

Sachin Saboo, Secretary, ISA, said, \u201cISA is a community of over 280 IT founders working together to strengthen Indore\u2019s technology ecosystem. Through this marathon, we aim to bring the collective strength of Indore\u2019s IT industry together in one run and celebrate its contribution to the city.\u201d<\/p>\n

CA Swapnil Bansal, Treasurer, ISA, said, \u201cISA Marathon is more than a fitness event. With Indore Municipal Corporation as our Green City Partner, Indore Police as Safety Partner and the Department of Science & Technology as Ecosystem Partner, we are bringing industry and government together to promote health, environmental sustainability and social awareness.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ankesh Goyal, NRC Group, said, \u201cIndore is increasingly being recognised for its growing IT and technology ecosystem. Initiatives like ISA Marathon bring together professionals, families and the wider community while encouraging fitness, environmental responsibility and a stronger sense of togetherness.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hitesh Thakur, NRC Group, said, \u201cWe invite IT companies to participate with their employees and families and celebrate the unity of Indore\u2019s technology community. The digitally tracked run will offer participants a technology-enabled experience without the need for wearable bands, reflecting the innovative spirit of Indore\u2019s IT industry.\u201d<\/p>\n
