Republic Day Celebrated with Patriotic Zeal at NIFT Bhopal
NIFT Bhopal celebrated the 77th Republic Day with pride and enthusiasm on campus. The ceremony began with the hoisting of the National Flag by Director Mr. Akhil Sahai, followed by the National Anthem, in the presence of Senior Assistant Director Mr. Prabash Kumar Jha, faculty members, staff, and students.
Dr. Arnab Sen (Link Campus Academic Coordinator) addressed the gathering, highlighting the significance of the Indian Constitution and its role in shaping the nation.
Director Mr. Akhil Sahai spoke about India’s journey from princely states to a unified nation and noted that the Constitution was drafted in 2 years, 11 months, and 18 days, adopted on 26 November 1949, and came into effect on 26 January 1950.
The celebration featured a heartfelt address by student Shrutkirti Dubey and a patriotic dance performance by Foundation Department students. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Mohmad Rijwan Ahmad (Assistant Professor & Student Development Activity Coordinator).
