Team from 3 EME Centre Bhopal presented a presentation on Sports and Adventure in Indian Army

Brig Anil Das, Commandant 3 EME Centre Bhopal shared his invaluable experiences

Bhopal 30 June.The tenth day of the Annual Training Camp X (ATC) X of 1 MP Naval Unit NCC at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Bhopal was marked by an inspiring team of 3 EME Center. A presentation on Sports and Adventure in the Indian Army was delivered by team of 3 EME Centre Bhopal. The event saw the participation of around 400 Naval NCC cadets.The cadets got the opportunity to interact with Sports players of Indian Army who are currently training under 3 EME Center. These players have represented our Country in elite platforms like Olympics, Asian Games, Commenwealth games etc.Brig Anil Das, Commandant 3 EME Centre Bhopal shared his invaluable experiences, emphasizing the myriad opportunities the Army has provided him to pursue sailing and other adventurous activities. His stories of resilience, discipline, and passion for adventure captivated the young audience, highlighting the diverse paths available within the Army beyond conventional roles.
As part of the event, cadets who excelled in the quiz competition were felicitated by the Commandant, recognizing their knowledge and enthusiasm. A demonstration of a Hot Air Balloon was also organized, adding an element of excitement and showcasing the adventurous spirit promoted within the Army.
The Brig Ajit Singh Group Commander Group Headquarters NCC, Bhopal was also present at the event. He motivated the cadets to consider careers in the defense forces, emphasizing the honor, pride, and opportunities for personal growth that come with serving the nation.

1 MP Naval Unit NCC continues to be a platform for fostering leadership, discipline, and a sense of adventure among NCC cadets, preparing them for future challenges and opportunities.
