Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences Welcomed Batch 2026–27 with a Grand Induction Ceremony
Indore, 18 July 2026: Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences (SUAS), Indore, successfully organized the Induction Ceremony 2026 to welcome the newly admitted students of the Batch 2026–27 on Saturday, 18 July 2026 at 10:30 AM in the University Auditorium, Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Super Corridor, Near Airport, Bada Bangadda, Indore.
The ceremony marked the beginning of a new academic journey for the students and introduced them to the University’s unique “Learning by Doing” philosophy, industry-integrated curriculum, and commitment to creating future-ready professionals.
The programme was graced by Mr. Sudhindra Mohan Sharma, Ex-National Nodal Officer – Drinking Water Security, Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation, Government of India, as the Chief Guest. Dr. Lalit Singh, Founder, Human EV, attended as the Guest of Honour, while Ms. Saniya Jeswani, Founder, Perkant Pvt. Ltd., joined as the Special Guest.
The distinguished guests encouraged the students to embrace innovation, lifelong learning, leadership and entrepreneurship as they embarked on their academic journey.
Chief Guest Mr. Sudhindra Mohan Sharma said: “Be like water in life. Water never stops; it adapts itself to every situation, finds its way through every obstacle, and ultimately reaches its destination. In the same way, students should learn to adapt to changing circumstances, shoulder responsibilities with ease, and face every challenge with patience, confidence and a positive mindset. Guest of Honour Dr. Lalit Singh said: “In today’s world, success is driven not merely by degrees but by skills, innovation and practical experience. Stay curious, keep learning and continuously upgrade yourself to meet the evolving needs of the industry.”
Special Guest Ms. Saniya Jeswani said: “Every day at the university lays the foundation for your future. Make the most of every opportunity, embrace new ideas, and pursue your dreams with confidence and determination.”
The ceremony was held in the gracious presence of Dr. Swati Mujumdar, Pro-Chancellor, who warmly welcomed the students and inspired them to pursue excellence through quality education, skill development, ethical values and innovation.
The University expressed its heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Swati Mujumdar, Pro-Chancellor, for her constant encouragement, vision and unwavering support in strengthening skill-based education. Special appreciation was also extended to Dr. Durgesh Mishra, Vice Chancellor (I/C) for his leadership and guidance in making the induction programme a grand success.
The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Mr. Mohd. Adnan, Registrar, who expressed sincere gratitude to the Chief Guest, Guest of Honour, Special Guest, dignitaries, faculty members, parents, students and the organising committee for making the event a memorable and successful one.
