Deendayal Port Authority Receives Quality Mark Award 2026 for Sustainable Growth and Green Initiative
Gandhinagar, 24 August 2026: Deendayal Port Authority (DPA), Kandla, has been honoured with the prestigious Quality Mark Award 2026 in the “Make in India – Green Initiative of the Year” category for its outstanding contribution to sustainable maritime development, green infrastructure and clean-energy initiatives.
The award was presented at the 15th Quality Mark Awards 2026, held on 24 August 2026 at Narayani Heights, Gandhinagar. With record cargo handling of over 160 million tonnes in FY 2025–26, DPA continues to demonstrate operational excellence while advancing its vision for a greener maritime future.
DPA is also emerging as a major Green Hydrogen Hub, developing a clean-energy ecosystem around Green Hydrogen and its derivatives while accelerating renewable energy and other sustainable initiatives.
