memorandums submitted at the block, tehsil, district, and provincial levels due to the government’s failure to meet AJJAKS’s demands

Under the guidance of Mr. J.N. Kansotia, the Provincial President of the Madhya Pradesh Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Officers and Employees Association (AJJAKS), memorandums are being submitted sequentially at the block, tehsil, district, and provincial levels due to the government’s failure to meet AJJAKS’s demands. Today, led by Mr. R.P. Ahirwar, Block President of Niwari, and Acting Block President and District Vice President Bahadur Ahirwar of Prithvipur Block, a rally was conducted by the officials and employees under the banner of Block AJJAKS from Nagar Parishad Niwari on two-wheelers while raising slogans. Subsequently, a memorandum addressed to the Chief Minister was submitted to the Tehsildar at the Tehsil office.

The memorandum included several demands:
1. Implement Manoj Gorkela’s Special Council rules for reservation in promotions.
2. Fill approximately 104,500 backlog vacancies through walk-in interviews within a stipulated time frame.
3. Apply reservation rules in the recruitment of Civil Judges and end the interview process via PAC.
4. Conclude the probation period of SC-ST Assistant Professors selected through MPPSC in 2004-05 within two years from the date of appointment and provide the salary scale.
5. Follow the roster while assigning higher positions based on seniority.
6. End the outsourcing system and make regular appointments or adhere to reservation rules within it.
7. Provide scholarships to SC-ST students within a stipulated time frame.
8. Open hostels for SC-ST students at the block, tehsil, district, division, and capital levels based on student numbers.
9. Implement the old pension scheme. District President AJJAKS K.K. Banshkar, Tehsil president B.D. Ahirwar Mrs. Mamta Ahirwar, Dr. S. Vimal, Dr. K.D. Suneria, Professor A.K. Verma, Mrs. Deepa Ahirwar, along with a significant number of officials and employees, were present during the submission of the memorandum. In Prithvipur, participants included Ramkumar Ahirwar, R.K. Ahirwar, C.V. Kushwaha, Rakesh Beejraniya, Bhagirath Ahirwar, Surendra Banshkar, Mukesh Banshkar, Surajbhan Ahirwar, Jaiprakash Narayan Sadhak, Virendra Ahirwar, Abhay Valmiki, Kailash Bharti, Gulshan Balmik, Kunj Bihari Kori, and Sanjeev Kataria.
