Lt Gen Prit Pal Singh, AVSM, General Officer Commanding Sudarshan Chakra Corps met the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Dr Mohan Yadav and discussed various issues related to military civil fusion projects and dual use infrastructure initiatives taken and fresh proposals under consideration.
The General Officer also thanked the Hon’ble Chief Minister for the support and assistance provided by the State Government to the Veterans under various schemes, including enhancement of rates of financial assistance provided to Battle Casualties, Veer Naris and families of martyrs.The Corps Cdr also highlighted the need for suitable land for construction of Transit Facility for Service Personnel and Ex-Servicemen at Ujjain and support for Army Welfare Housing Organisation projects in the State.
